#LIIFT4 Day 1/60! LOVED this workout. I have always loved lifting weights, back when I used to lift often I would just shrink and my muscles started to actually pop through a little so I am hoping they are hiding and will make a sneak peek in the next 60 days! This program is done at home, 30-40 minutes, 4 days a week, for 8 weeks. I can eat like I have been (might increase protein) and I get a "treat" day every week. (🍷🤗) .
