@rp_transformations is the home of amazing RP client transformations! # "Well, 12 weeks completed! A few days short but heading up north for the weekend and just want to enjoy a great end to an awesome program. I averaged a loss of 2# a week. 207.4 down to 183.8. Just shy of 24#. Base for 2 weeks, FL1 for 8 and FL2 for 2. I crossfit about 5 times a week and used “light” for every workout aside from NTD days. I really never struggled too badly on any part of the program. Looking forward to some maintenance and then maybe another cut or mass. @rpstrength @rp_transformations is the real deal. Going in to this all I thought I was happy and content with my weight and diet and just wanted to learn more about portions and eating. I’m not one to do something with half my heart, so I went pretty obsessive with the program and I’d say 95%+ compliant to the template. I did have some drinks here and there and probably only 3-4 cheat meals in 12 weeks. I like structure and mentally feel like I’m capable to do anything so this was a rewarding and fulling challenge. Every piece of toast had the tiniest spread of grass fed butter on it because I had to. Lots of ground turkey, crack chicken, etc. I eventually got sick of spinach and crystal light. What kind of woman are you?! . I’m working with women who KNOW they’re made for more than just wife + mom. We get up in the morning and take care of ourselves because it makes us better women and we want to become the very best version of ourselves possible. We workout in our basement, garage, or living room daily. We drink a shake because it’s convenient and we don’t particularly love vegetables. Most of what we do is virtual, but when we get the chance to be together in real, watch out!! We’re not afraid to dream big and set huge goals. And then we get to work and make them happen, sometimes in the cracks of our day, ‘cuz we’re motivated go-getters and realize this is our life - we only get one shot. We root for each other because we know that together, we’re better. . These are the kind of women I lock arms with. And if you’re that kinda woman, you can sit with us, too!✌🏼🖤
