Today I ate beautiful vegan food with my mumma at our local @cafenurcha ☺️💖. Mum has been struggling with some anxiety herself for the first time really. She never understood mine and now she feels bad, but I don’t want her too!! I WANT to be there for her and we all learn in time how to deal and cope with these situations. Anxiety can come and visit you at any age, anytime so always be kind to those who might be struggling- never think “That’ll never happen to me” because we all need a shoulder through all the trials and tribulations life may throw at us. ♥️💖♥️ lets be there for one another.

I don't like to look at health as a "one size fits all" approach, as every individual is super unique, and what works for one may be totally different for another. In regards to #nutrition, I encourage the same approach. My simple tips for eating well are: 🍉1) Eat a RANGE of whole, nutritious foods - Focus on loads of fruits + veggies, greens, grains & legumes with minimal processed goods & 2 + Litres of water a day. 🍉2) A little "sometimes" foods🍦🍰🍫 won't hurt you. Just ensure they're eaten in moderation, and try stick to healthier alternatives where you can. (eg. Swap regular #icecream for frozen banana #nicecream - jazz it up with cacao for an epic #choc hit!) 🍉3) What's in the house is what you'll most likely be eating! - So if you want to feel good from the inside out, ensure you stock the house up with #nourishing #wholefoods to avoid reaching for any treaties haha 😋🙅‍♀️ Share your tips that you find helpful to eat well!🍍🍌
