▪️March 2016. I was battling an eating disorder, which is still something I mention to practically no one. I am only around 102 lbs in this picture. So many traumas and tough situations led me to this point, and one of the only things I can TRULY say regarding this point is...
I WAS 100% NOT MADISON.
I was not myself, not even a mere reflection. To think that only a year ago I was praying that I would stay 102 pounds puts my present soul in complete despair.
▪️ Fast forward two years to July 2018, I feel like an entirely different person with a strong, fresh mindset to kill the GAME! I care about strength, I care about my body's physical abilities, but most of all I care about fueling my body with what it needs to function happily and effectively!!
▪️My new fitness program has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I never thought possible: mentally, physically, emotionally.
