I encourage all my clients to be their own experiment.
Our bodies, minds and lifestyle are so fluid that things change day to day and even minute to minute.
If you aren't observing how you think, what emotions your experiencing or how your body is feeling, how are you going to know what is working for you or what isn't.
Your diet might be 99% perfect for where you are now, but that one ingredient might be leaving you feeling lethargic after. Do you throw away the whole nutrition protocol then?
Your exercise program might be right on point but that one stressful week before testing means you were drained of energy. Does that mean you haven't progressed?
Keep an eye on the big picture and live in the details.
It might be that one little change that unlocks everything else.
