Spicy lamb koftas on a rainbow salad. Koftas can be prepared the night before or on the day if mince is taken out of feezer or alternately buy fresh..
Serve as an entree or as a main meal.
500grams lanb mince (iron & amino acids)
1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp cumin, 1/2 red onion diced, 1 to 2 eggs, 1/2 cup almond meal, 1/2 bunch chopped parsley/mint/rosemary 2 crushed garlic cloves, season with celtic sea salt and cracked pepper..
Soak wooden skewers/stainless 20 mins prior in water.😊
Mix all ingredients together and grab a handfull on to skewer and roll into a sausage shape..when finished place in fridge to firm up for 15 mins...
Place on a heated plate/grillplate/bbq. Cook for 10 mins or until brown.
Eat with a colorful salad for all the esential antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
