Walking, walking and more walking! Over the 10 days working with @, I did a lot of walking practice. •
I walked on the treadmill for the first time, once with body weight support, another time using forearm support and also with no support (just the normal side rails to hold onto).
It was tough of course, but great exercise and good to get the heart rate up!
The next 2 scenes show me walking just holding the trainers forearms. I have an elastic that goes from my left foot to my hip, to help my left leg get the clearance in order to achieve the step.
I’m really proud of the progress I made here in such a short amount of time! I will definitely do a program like this again, but maybe next time up in Queensland at the making strides gym!
