We have Glute Ham Developers (GHD) and Hack Squat, for you to train your legs the right way..Yes we ditched leg extensions and leg curl machines because no one ever built solid, strong legs on these machines.
We have large number of bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and slam balls…because we know how much you like free weights and you would love to mix and vary your workout intensity..Right?
