I’ve taken the last couple of days to listen to my body. The first thing I can tell is keto and I didn’t get along. I’ve heard from multiple sources that heart palpitations are normal and I need more electrolytes. I tried salt in the water and pills and I still was experiencing it. Whole30 taught me to listen to my body and that’s why I made the decision to stop keto on Monday. If whole30 taught me to listen to my body paleo allowed me food freedom which honestly was one of the reason I wanted to do keto. I feel like I need to be strict with what I’m eating so for right now I’m still trying to figure it out. I will say looking at how many carbs I was consuming prior to trying keto was an eye opening experience, I had no clue it was that many. So here is where I’m at uncertain in some aspects but certain that I enjoy eating predominantly Paleo and will continue to do so for the immediate future. Doing another round of whole30 has crossed my mind, we’ll see 😉 this month a year ago I started my #whole180 journey soooooooooooo

I have to share what I put on Facebook just a bit ago so here it is............................................... I usually don’t post a lot about my health/ fitness journey on FB but I had to share this. Jay and I officially finished our whole180 today. We started right before Halloween. That means we went through the holidays not eating candy, cookies, bread, pizza, I could go on and on. We honestly really don’t miss it. I mainly miss the convenience that’s about it. We took a couple trips during this time and were able to plan ahead, pack a cooler and still have fun. I’ve lost 20 pounds 😐 Jay has lost 40 ☺️ and we feel amazing. This is the longest we’ve ever eaten this way (we did a whole 100 a while back). We plan to mainly eat this way/paleo indefinitely. If you have any questions about eating like this, recipes, etc I’m happy to help. I’ve done 6 or 7 rounds of whole30 now and can’t imagine life without it. When you cut out the sugar you feel amazing. On to the next chapter, gaining muscle 💪🏼💗 #whole180 #IDIDIT

I don’t like zoodles, the ones I’ve had always get mushy and gross 😣 I like spaghetti well I really like the pasta sauce honestly so I cut up a couple zucchinis, large chunks 😉 sautéed in olive oil and bam 💥 😋 #whole180

Found these while out shopping today, Pure Wraps. The ingredients are young coconut and Himalayan salt ☺️ for those new to #whole30 these are considered #swypo so they should be avoided. To be honest it’s day 170 of my #whole180 and this mama might indulge in one later this week. I’ll let you know how it tastes 😉
