14 full days down, baby! It’s amazing that I have more than half of my weeklies left after a weekend. I guess that’s what no booze and splurgey-type meals happen! Here are the rest of my meals from the weekend:
1.) R2D13M2: CHIPOTLAAAAAY compliant carnitas, pico, salsa verde, & guac.
2.) R2D13M3: finish-what’s-in-the-fridge hodge podge: leftover buffalo chicken meatballs, garlic green beans, & sweet potato fries in the air fryer.
3.) R2D14M1: the last of my #wwkerrisweetpotatobowl supplies. I’ll definitely be making these again whether or not I’m doing W30!
4.) R2D14M2: grilled hotdogs & zucchini with sweet potato fries (again)
5.) R2D14M3: grilled Trader Joe’s chili lime chicken burger with homemade guac, tomato slices, and (surprise surprise) sweet potato fries.
