breakfast: bananas fried in coconut oil and cinnamon, topped with flax milk, chia, pumpkin seed, hemp hearts, raisins, and coconut. Hard boiled eggs on the side.
The last two days have been very challenging with weird blood sugar volatility issues happening the middle of the night and preventing sleep. Adding a bit of pre-bed protien made a huge difference, and pushing through these difficult moments gives me so much confidence in achieving my health goals. My clothes are fitting looser, I have more energy, more mental clarity, more patience. I am totally dreaming of binge eating pizza (which I did not eat prior to whole 30), in all honesty, but I know it's totally part of the process!
