Roasted Broccolini with Lemon and Olives was an inedible salt bomb. If the directions had me mix the salt in with the liquids (oil, lemon juice), and then add it to the broccolini, it may have turned out differently, but the salt and lemon pepper got trapped in the broccolini’s nooks, and didn’t distribute evenly. Matt thought it was a little too salty, but still edible. He offered to eat mine, took one bite, and was like, “holy crap! Mine wasn’t that salty!” Also, I think that I don’t like Lemon Pepper. I’d never used it before, but I’m not a fan. So, a win and a loss!
