One of my best meals in a while (sorry it's blurry). #
I've never breaded pork chops before and that is certainly changing!
Air Fryer Chinese Salt & Pepper Pork Chops; yellow bell pepper, green olives: salad with 1/2 beefsteak tomato and homemade Italian-Avocado dressing; small portion of Thai Sweet Potato & Carrot soup.
On the pork chop recipe, all I used from it was the air fryer portion (I did not do any of the stir fry portion). I also used tapioca flour and seasoned it with Old Bay Seasoning. Next time I'm going to make this without using the Old Bay as the marinade really provides enough flavor without seasoning the flour as well.
The pork chops are done in the air fryer at 360° for 12 minutes, with the instructions to spray with oil frequently. What I did was I sprayed with coconut oil every 3 minutes or so and halfway through, I flipped them over and did the same on the other half of the 12 minutes. Then increase the air fryer to 400°, spray again and cook for about 4 minutes to get them nice and crispy which they were.
