Day30 is here! I finished the whole 30 and I want to share with you my (non-scale victories)
During the program I was not focused on numbers, weight or fat, but other results that you will read below.
Tomorrow I will start reintroducing and will track my weight, measurements & fat but this is not important for me anymore, I just do it because it’s great to have results of all the challenges I am doing.
Glowing skin & no pimples
Longer stronger nails
Clothes fitting better (really ! Some old pants fit now ! )
More defined muscle tone
Feeling more confident in appearance
Less painful joints
Fewer headaches / migraines
Eliminated medications ❗️food is medicine
‼️Mood emotion & psychology:
I’m happier, more optimistic, I have fewer mood swings, fewer sugar & carb cravings , I improved my body image & self steem, also my self confidence , less reliance on the scale & im feeling in control of my food
‼️Food & behaviors 💪🏻♥️this is the most important for me: I have a healthier relationship with food, no binging, practice mindful eating, more conscious of food labels, eating until satisfaction, listening to my body, I’m not afraid of dietary fat (I am loving fat ), I’m not a Slave to sugar or carbs , I can identify cravings vs hunger, I learned healthy strategies to deal with cravings, food didn’t have unwanted side effects and no more food guilt or shame
Feel more energetic and productive, im sleeping better don’t have a mid day energy slump, no need to eat every 3 hours, don’t get cranky if I don’t eat, I need less sugar or caffeine.
‼️Sport exercise & play:
I feel more athletic , im trying new exercises (rowing & structured workout plans) my balance is better.
‼️Lifestyle & social:
I shop locally, New cooking skills and more creativity, new recipes, my meal prep was easier with this plan, food budget on point ! Saved so much money ! I created other health goals ‼️💪🏻♥️the best one of all , people asked what I am doing & they come to me for tips & lifestyle advice.
