Day 2... I only ate 3 grapes at breakfast... I find I so much more patience when I am eating this way. I don't rush to make a meal. I take my time and put love and thought into what I want to eat. I made hash browns to go with my eggs at breakfast. I used the roast lamb from last night's dinner as my protein source for lunch and dinner. R4 Day12 Lunch One garlic and herb ghee Kiev, one jays baking me crazy bbq sauce filled Kiev served with cabbage, carrot, garlic and onion. I’m so proud of myself had a back to work meeting in my home for 9am-2pm and there was cake! 😱 Luckily I was prepared and had mini Frittatas, fruit and almond butter ready for my finger food style breakfast and didn’t feel deprived. R4 D10 Breakfast and the last of the cauliflower rice 🙌🏼 It was at around Day 10 of my first round 12 months ago I thought I might make it a whole60 and I did. I’m thinking about the same thing today. I had timed this round so that I finished 3 days before returning to work after 16 months on Maternity leave. I think being still on round could be good for me as I’m totally an emotional eater. We will have a few beginning of year lunches/dinners in the first few weeks so that makes question making it a whole60 but I know by then I will feel so good I won’t want to stray. R4 D9 Breakfast Leftover cauliflower rice with added mushrooms, onions and capsicum and Mexican seasoning. I really don’t like cauliflower rice and yesterday’s dinner was no exception. I’ve lots leftover and one of my resolutions was to be less wasteful so I incorporated it into my morning breakfast mix. R4 D5 Poached eggs on capsicum, onion & mushroom. I could live on poached eggs alone. I’m so angry today oh the joys of sugar detoxing and an overly clingy, whinging adorable toddler is not helping either. It took an hour and twenty minutes from starting preparing breakfast to actually sitting to eat it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So worth the wait though. Omelete no forno Esta levou cebola alho cogumelos espinafres cenoura coentros e por cima o tomatinho temperos foram curcuma pimenta preta e sal MODO DE FAZER: 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Numa frigideira uma colher de sobremesa de óleo de côco meia cebola as luas e dois dentes de alho até aloirar depois cortar cerca de 6 cogumelos grandes as fatias juntar à cebola e ao alho e ir mexendo até os cogumelos começarem a ficar doradinhos de seguida juntamos espinafres duas mãos bem cheias ir mexendo até as folhas ficaram moles , entretanto numa vasinha bater 8 ovos com Curcuma pimenta preta e sal depois acrescentar coentros picados e cenoura ralada usei uma pequena depois de tudo bem mexido juntar tudo e levar a um tabuleiro (verificar temperos ) Decorei com tomatinho e manjericão ( podem ver no stories ) Levar ao forno pré-aquecido 180º por 20mts e voilaaaaa :) PS: podem e devem acrescentar 2 colheres de Sopa de farinha de côco ( eu esqueci me ) . . . #olemetenoforno #omelette #lchf # #lowcarb #lowcarbmom #lowcarbdiet #lowcarbfood #lowcarblifestyle #lowcarbhighfat #whole30mum #whole30 #whole30recipes #whole30approved #dietaposparto #dietpostpartum #foodblogger #blogger #breasfeeding #bichoeplanta

Day 15 of #whole100. Back at work today. Was really hungry on my way to work, despite eating breakfast, but after a #bulletproof #choffy I was feeling better. Then when lunch time came I sat down and thought "ugh, I don't even want to eat this right now". I did anyway and feel better for it, but I feel like I don't have an appetite. I'd love to eat a stick of #grassfed butter though XD . I love buttah! Thankfully, butter doesn't mess with my gut so when I'm not doing #whole30, I eat plenty of it. Sometimes I still cannot believe that I have lost 100lbs without eating "diet" anything. Just real whole foods. I still don't believe that number on the scale, or that the pants that are huge on me know used to be too tight to wear. It feels like all that was a dream. Some days I honestly 'forget' how far I have actually come on this journey and can be too hard on myself. I have to remind myself of the little things I used to deal with too: pain in my hands, not having a good grip on things, pain in my knees, sleepy all the time but slept terribly at night, chest pain, asthma attacks, migraines, breathlessness walking up the steps to my front door, depression, anxiety. The list could go on and on. I had this cooking overnight in my #ninja #crockpot. 2lbs #grassfed lamb, 3 potatoes, 2 large leeks, 6 small carrots, 6 sticks of celery, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and 2 cups chicken stock. Yay!!!!!! I got my #whole30 book!!! Thanks @melissa_hartwig and @dallashartwig for your amazing program! Im in my 5th round and down over 90lbs. My health has improved so much. I sleep better, eat better, have less arthritis pain, no migraines, smoother skin, shiny hair and haven't had to have my asthma inhalers since last summer!! Chicken thighs for breakfast. Yum. I also had a cup of cauliflower soup with it. Today is, day 12? I think, on my 5th round of #whole30. Its funny the more rounds you do, the less you count the days. It really just becomes natural to eat this way, your body actually craves eating real good for you food. Whole30 really has changed my life in so many ways, it's amazing! This chicken was simple to make, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and smoked paprika. Cooked in a skillet with some ghee, took about 20 mins total.
