Whole30Day30! 🌟✨🎉I DID IT – Today I complete my first #whole30! 🎉✨🌟And I honestly think these 30 days went by so quickly! Of course there were times (3 birthday celebrations) when things were hard but I found it surprisingly easy as even you avoid many things, you can still eat a lot! So here we go, my results:
- Less cravings, not really missing carbs & sweets!
- Better skin
- Clear mind
- Feeling motivated to do do sports again!
- Better sleep
- Feeling generally very energized
- Learned to put veggies back to every meal
- I started with 79,2kg, went down to 74,9kg (-4,3kg)
- lost 4,8cm at my belly😱👍
- lost 1cm at my hips
- lost 2cm at my upper legs
I am pretty happy and proud with these results. 💪🏼Will now do the reintroduction for the next 10 days and then try to keep doing sports and stay on #whole30 with some exceptions during the weekends or on any upcoming birthday! 😂
