¡Buenos días! ¿Quieres probar este pan de banana y chocolate sin harina? Te dejo la receta:😉 200 grs. Harina de avena 3 cucharadas cacao puro 2 cucharaditas polvo hornear Pizca sal 70 grs. Miel 1 cucharadita de canela 1 cucharadita de vainilla 1 huevo 6 cucharadas puré manzanas 2 bananas maduras + 1 para decorar Pre calentar el horno a 180°. Hacer un puré con 2 bananas. Agregar: huevo, miel, puré de manzanas y vainilla. Mezclar bien. Incorporar los ingredientes secos: avena, sal y polvo de hornear. Dividir la mezcla en 2 y a una de ella agregarle el cacao. Llevar a un molde cubierto con antiadherente intercalando los dos sabores, para conseguir un efecto marmolado. Llevar al horno 45 minutos o hasta que se dore. Retirar. Dejar en el molde 5 minutos y luego desmoldar. Dejar enfriar y servir. Disfrútenlo!

Turkey and vegetable patties. I have never made these before. We have definitely been missing out. Lean, delicious and super easy. I grated everything finely, shredding spinach and kale too. Packed with nutrition and no one would know! 👌 To the 1kg turkey mince (I made 30) I added 2 Tbs tomato paste, grated carrot, spinach, kale, cheese, Panko bread crumbs, 2 eggs, salt and pepper, spring onion, celery - mixed well and rolled into balls. Today was a slow day even though I'm feeling much better largely due to the fact that when I pushed myself last week to workout when I was feeling better, I opened the hellmouth of illness for another five days. I made no bake protein energy balls tonight and watched @b.l.teachout do a workout. But tomorrow, I'm planning on stepping back into my routine. I was able to eat with few negative side effects and I had somewhat of an appetite again so I think that's a sign that I can crank things up a notch. Smoothie bowl hack: My standard lunch is a smoothie bowl, every day. I also make them for my family, including my 9 month old, so I like to pack them full of as many nutrients as possible. I’ve started adding frozen zucchini in our bowls, they taste exactly the same! My partner couldn’t taste the difference at all. But it adds some extra vitamins and minerals and as a mumma I want my little one as healthy as possible! Zucchini is an excellent source of vitamin C which is really important for the body, it helps absorption of iron which is so important for babies, it also helps protect your body from free radicals, aids in nerve cell communication, helps metabolise cholesterol and keeps your tissue strong. So why not try adding some zucchini in your smoothie bowl next time? Let’s talk nursing. It makes me SO hungry. I eat my three meals every day with a quick oatmeal bowl as an extra snack. Oatmeal is awesome for boosting milk supply. I don’t eat grains, except for oats when I’m nursing 🤱🏻. It’s made a huge difference for me. Here’s my recipe for overnight oats: I soaked 2 cups of @bobsredmill gluten free oats, 1/2 cup flax meal (also great for boosting 🥛supply) with 2 cups almond milk in a mason jar. I normally add collagen peptides, but I’m currently out. That’s all you need. I ate mine with berries and a little maple syrup. #lifeafterwhole30

Chia Seed vs Hemp Hearts vs Flaxseed, which one is better for you? I’ve revamped this post from four years ago and re-educated myself on some of the key differences between the three super seeds- health wise and sustainability wise. Flaxseeds are great for vegetarians or those while don’t eat a lot of oily fish due to their excellent omega 3 to 6 ratio. They are also one of the best sources of lignans which have anti-estrogenic effect, potentially protecting against hormone related cancers. Chia is a great non-dairy source of calcium with 2tbsp offering as much calcium as half a cup of cows milk. Hemp is super high in protein and gets an A+ for sustainability. Day 1 eating #keto. Wow! I have never felt so full for so long. I ate so much at lunch that I really felt stuffed. For dinner I just had a little cottage cheese and veggies. ChocoNana Bread with some creamy almond butter. Full of healthy fats and the “relaxer" mineral: MAGNESIUM. . . Ingredients: • 2 pasture raised eggs • 3 organic bananas (ripe) • 4 Tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil (melted) • Tbsp baking powder • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract • tsp organic cinnamon • 1/2 cup of cacao powder • 1/4 cup of organic grade B maple syrup (use lakanto maple syrup for sugar free version) • 2 cups almond meal . Make it: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a food processor or mixing bowl add eggs, bananas, coconut oil, baking powder, vanilla extract,cinnamon & maple syrup. Process for 30 seconds. 3. Next add the cacao powder and almond meal and process for 30 seconds. 4. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil and then pour mixture into it. 5. Bake for 40 to 50 mintutes. Check middle with fork to see if done. 6. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes. 7.
