Smoothie bowl hack:
My standard lunch is a smoothie bowl, every day. I also make them for my family, including my 9 month old, so I like to pack them full of as many nutrients as possible. I’ve started adding frozen zucchini in our bowls, they taste exactly the same! My partner couldn’t taste the difference at all. But it adds some extra vitamins and minerals and as a mumma I want my little one as healthy as possible!
Zucchini is an excellent source of vitamin C which is really important for the body, it helps absorption of iron which is so important for babies, it also helps protect your body from free radicals, aids in nerve cell communication, helps metabolise cholesterol and keeps your tissue strong.
So why not try adding some zucchini in your smoothie bowl next time?

1 x frozen, peeled zucchini
1 x banana
1 x large handful of frozen blueberries
1 x large handful of mixed berries
1 x large handful of @amazoniaco frozen coconut flesh
1 x sachet of @amazoniaco frozen açai
1 x tablespoon of @nakulaorganic coconut yogurt
1/2 a banana, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, @nakulaorganic coconut yogurt, mango, strawberries, blueberries and half a fig.
