1. Udon noodles with steamed broccoli, a teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, maple syrup, flour, garlic, ginger, sriracha) and roasted sesame seeds.
2. Gluten free chickpea spirelli with a creamy cashew tomato sauce. Recipe by @ellenfisher
3. Whole wheat spirelli with guacamole (Avocado, lime juice, fresh garlic), arugula, (dried) tomatoes and scallions.
4. Vegan cheese linguine:
Literally just linguine, melted vegan cheese, soy milk, pepper, garlic and a little nutmeg. Might lead to heart attack tho.
5. Whole wheat bow tie pasta with a Mexican style sauce (strained tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, onions, red bell pepper, cumin, garlic, chili, paprika, oregano, vinegar)
All of them are sooo good. Of course you could just eat spagetti with tomato sauce but where’s the fun in that? If you miss the meaty texture, try adding fried extra firm tofu to your bolognese. My mom fooled my dad into thinking it was actual minced meat😉
