As a teacher, I approach the practice of yoga with compassion. I am deeply aware of physical limitations, and mental and emotional stagnations, and continually meet each student where they are. My classes include a mixture of alignment, blissful renewal, and light-heartedness. (A student once commented that my restorative yoga class was the “chocolate cake of yoga”. I may be biased, but I think we can all use a little more decadence in our lives).
As a Massage Therapist, I embody a skilled approach, accompanied with intuitive guidance. I offer clients a safe space for healing, along with permission to be vulnerable, comforted, and heard. Together, we move blocked energy no longer in harmony with the body.
My specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage, which I pair with other modalities in order to personalize the healing experience. These supplementary techniques include Reflexology, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Jin Shin Acupressure, Cupping, Passive Stretching, and Energy Work. When used collectively, this compilation has profound effects. You will leave feeling balanced both physically and energetically, and in harmony with your surroundings.
I see these offerings as a unique collaboration: I provide therapeutic techniques and insight, while holding compassionate space, and you make the decision to heal. Trust me when I tell you, saying yes to this journey will give you a new lust for your life and everything in it.
I truly look forward to serving you.
With massive amounts of joy, smiles, and gratitude,
