Something I like to tell all of my clients; "Form is your priority"!!! Here are some reasons why: ✴️ Form is important so you do not cause injury to yourself, especially when lifting weights.
Poor form can put undue stress on your muscles, tendons and ligaments which can lead to strains and sprains.
✴️ Poor form can have the opposite affect towards the success of your workout. If you aren't working the muscles correctly then you could be wasting your time. So in other words, the better your form, the better your results.
✴️ Proper form also assists with efficient breathing techniques, which supports better oxygen intake.
Be sure to use correct form and if in doubt ask a Personal Trainer or Fitness Expert to assist you 💪😊
