PT’s this one is for you 👌🏼Now I’m by far the best PT in the world but I guarantee I’m not the worst!! In my local gym alone I see PT’s charing extortionate amount of money for 1-1 sessions. Now if it were me I’d want something out of that money other than some ripped twat on his phone or chatting about how his diet is the best thing since sliced bread! So PT’s here’s some tips from my 5 years of experience. - 1: Don’t Treat People Like Morons! Yes most clients you get are uneducated in the fitness industry and are most likely overweight but don’t treat them like idiots they want help not to be shown how inadequate they are! - 2: It’s Not A Church... I’m a sports coach mainly but if I’m in a session and there is a period of time over about 2-3mins without me having said anything or given some encouragement then something is wrong... Talking to your client is what builds a relationship with them and shows your not just a boring wet wipe... - 3: Bring Something To The Table! If you have nothing interesting to offer a new client that they haven’t seen or done before go and research or find a new job as it’s not for you... knowledge base is key to success so always strive to increase it! - Mainly PT’s be a normal human that doesn’t think he’s hot shit because other people in the gym smell it a mile away and stay well clear! Just a friendly pointer to make you some money 💰🤫

Progress comes from consistency not perfection. I’m back at home in the Bay Area and excited to be working out in my home gym today! . I missed a couple of the workouts from my 80 day program due to travel, team and family plans. . I could feel defeated and give up because I didn’t do things to the “T” OR... I can give myself grace and jump back in 👍 . In spite of missing a few workouts, I felt stronger on these #triceppushups today! Who says you can’t do tricep pushups in your #40s ?!? .
