Today I got to ramble about my two loves: running AND weight training, at the same time! Thank you @runnersroost_lonetree for hosting me! Can’t wait to do it again ☺️ grateful to be able to share my knowledge with y’all, and I hope you got something out of it! I truly believe strength training (PROPERLY!) will make you a better runner. Side note: I’m pumped to “race” a 5K tomorrow! I really have no goal in mind as I’m really not in racing shape, that’s ok! Sometimes it’s important to just jump in races for the love of the sport & the love of competition. Plus, the @wrhsfarmers5000 is a fun small-town event that raises money for WRHS & the clubs/sports within the school. Looking forward to it!
