Feed me! 💚 . Tucking into this smoothie bowl this morning. After eating all the vegetables last night, I'm tolping up my vitamins and minerals again with this colourful breakfast 🌈 . Mixed frozen berries offering me a range of vitamins including vitamin C, and A and a source potassium and magnesium. 🍓 Vitamin B6 and a little more potassium from the banana 🍌 Chia seeds and cacao nibs offering a range of healthy fats, calicum, iron and dietary fibre. 🍫 And a source if energy from my low sugar granola. 😊 . I don't have a fancy smoothie blender, I just chuck my frozen berries in a blender, with a banana, and milk. Then top it with whatever toppings I have in the cupboard 😋 . #nutrition #breakfast #smoothie

Today was possibly the day I've been looking forward to the most!!! We went horse riding in the Rocky Mountains National Park!!! 😍 I was lucky enough to have horses when I was younger (although I sold the last one and bought a Ford Escort instead when I met my husband 😘) but I've not ridden since I was about 19! It's something that I've wanted to do for so long but always felt that I couldn't because of my weight - at my heaviest I'm sure I would have been turned away from any local riding stables 😰 . Anyway, I persuaded the husband that we should go for a two hour ride (he's scared of horse riding, so it was a big deal for him too). It was such an amazing experience! At one point the guide asked if I always have a permanent smile on my face (I think it was more to do with the pain that I was in by that time 😂😂)! I could definitely feel it in my knees and hips! . It's days like today that make me realise just how much it's been worth all my hard work, and also how much I've missed out on over the years. #reequillibragealimentaire . Après 20kg pris pendant ma grossesse et seulement 4kg de perdu un moi après, j'ai décidé de trouver un moyen pour perdre rapidement mes kilos en trop. Allaitant Naveen le choix de la méthode est restreint. . C'est la que je suis tombé sur de nombreux témoignages de mamans allaitantes qui ont choisi d'intégrer l'aventure weightwatchers. Son programme prend en compte si tu allaites ou non . Alors après plusieurs jours de réflexion j'ai décidé de me lancer . Voilà une semaine que j'ai commencé: Je suis hyper ravie, ça fait une semaine qu'avec ma petite famille on se régale avec de super recette que je prend énormément plaisir à faire. J'apprends à rééquilibrer mon alimentation, je mange plus sainement et je me fais plaisir, aucune privation, c'est top !! . Résultat apres une semaine: * -1kg200 sur la balance * -2cm de tour de ventre * -1cm de fesses * -1cm de cuisse . 😁💪 je suis trop trop trop contente 😁😁 Alors on continue comme ça. Je me suis donné 10kg à perdre comme objectif pour commencer, l'idéal ça serait 15pour récupérer mon poids d'avant grossesse. Mais 10 c'est déjà pas mal!! 😉😉 . ꕤ MerCredi journée off ꕤ Enfin que pour moi car mes loulous sont au collège, donc aussitôt rentrée après les avoir conduit, je me suis préparée le bøwl cake inspiré de @emelineww et je dois dire que je n’en ai jamais mangé d’aussi bon 😋 La texture est complètement diffèrente des autres bøwl cake que j’ai pu réaliser ... est ce parcequ’il n’y a pas de lait ? Ou de yaourt ? . C’est une recette @ww_france donc peu calorique, pas de sucre rajouté, pas de lait ... J’ai juste mis 1cc de #nocciolata sans lait en topping et c’était 👌 . 35g de flocons d’avoine ou de semoule fine . 1 banane . 1 oeuf . 1 cc de levure Écrasez la banane, ajoutez l’œuf, bien mélanger. Ajoutez ensuite la semoule et la levure et mélangez bien. Holiday #transformationtuesday post 😍 almost 10 years to the day between these two photos and an estimated 12 stone difference, although I'm not sure of my exact weight in either photo 😘 . In the left photo we'd gone on a special holiday, there were lots of activities and excursions available. I so wanted to go bear watching but there was a weight limit and I exceeded it 😰 there were lots of trips we were unable to do because of my weight 😰 I plucked up the courage to do a river float - I was so worried about the float not being able to hold my weight, of me single handedly grounding the float 😰 I just couldn't enjoy the experience as a result 😏. Fast forward 10 years and there was no stopping me! No worrying about getting in or out of the float, no fear of sinking the float - I was even brave enough to stand up while the float was moving at one point! I enjoyed every single second of the trip!.. . Remember, if I can do it then you can too 👍🏻 do it for you because it's so worth it!👍🏻💪🏻 . . Do you even.... eat clean? ~ Some measured amounts of what you might call 'guilty pleasures' should not derail you from your progress. They CAN be slotted into your daily nutrient targets ~ I am not glorifying nor defending junk food at all. If you ate purely so called 'clean' foods or whole foods could you make better progress or would you be healthier than eating some 'junk'? Probably yes. But likely the difference would be negligible, especially if you still ate a mainly 'clean' diet but slotted in some 'junk' every now and then ~ Some foods do have some powerful health benefits which the likes of refined sugar, HFCS, vegetable oil, white flour etc often do not ~ But the biggest consideration is dosage. I always use the analogy that even water is toxic and bad for your health in high enough doses, yet it’s vital to survival ~ There are no foods that make you fat by consumption of mere amounts. It's dose dependent, and you need to take into context your whole diet. The sums of your day, week, month and year ~ So if you eat 80-90% nutrient dense foods most of the time, it should be easy to fit in some 'pure junky goodness' every now and then and meet your nutrient targets, and hit your overall goals... In measured amounts ~ Arguably, and that's why we love flexible dieting so much, eating some junk leads to adherence overall. And that's the biggest differentiator when it comes to a diet being successful. Consistency.
