Dinners don’t have to be complex to be full of flavor.
I spent very little time actively cooking this (the squash and brussels roasted, the tofu was in the air fryer) but I made sure the flavor would be there.
The squash got a teaspoon of maple syrup drizzled over it. The brussels were smeared with a grainy mustard and the tofu was slathered in @.
Simple, easy and full of flavor. That’s my goal for the week for everything I put into my body. Sometimes overthinking can get the better of me, and I want to remember this week that simple can be many different parts and still be fabulous.
