I’m back on track 😇
Last night I had a talk to myself (I think they do you the world of good from time to time!) I’m not happy, with how I feel and how I look. I’ve been stuffing my face the last couple of weeks which has led to a 5lb gain. I need to be in control again.
So today, I’m wiping my weight loss history. And I’m starting again, from scratch 😊
Anyway, breakfast was Poached Eggs, 2x Linda McCartney Sausages, Mushrooms, Onion & Plum Tomatoes -3sp in total ✨
