It’s stupidly easy to get sucked into a working lifestyle where you wake up...go to work...come home, sleep, wake up, and do it all over again.
The job eventually consumes you...and even though you have all these other things you love to do ....maybe you’re too tired. Feeling lazy, unmotivated and would rather slide into bed and Netflix and chill all night. Which is cool, if you’re cool with that. But is that what your purpose is? Or is your purpose something maybe you haven’t tapped into yet, or even thought about yet?
I’ll ask you this...what makes you light up? What makes you smile? What gives you butterflies? What makes you feel alive? What gives you life?
Write that down. All those things that sit in the back of your mind while your at your day job..all those things that you say “I wish I could do”, “maybe one day”, “if only”. Write it all down. Now stare at it like it’s the best looking, most amazing, best smelling meal you have ever laid your eyes on...(no, I’m not being dramatic) 😎
There are people out there who have done things one might think completely impossible to achieve. So why have you not pursued anything on this list? That list is your purpose..all those little things you think about all the time...those things are your purpose. It doesn’t have to be this huge amazing thing! It can be the smallest, most simple things...but if it makes your heart beat fast when you think about it..that’s your purpose. When you feel like it comes naturally to you, wether it involves hard work or not...that’s your purpose. Act on it. That’s where ambition comes in...that’s where motivation kicks in... that’s where you will find all the happiness you ever needed. 🌹
Keep your day job during the week....but work on you and your purpose 24/7🌹
