It was so quick to make, really high in Vitamin C, and totally different from the original recipe. I adapted it from Straight Up Food's Quinoa Pomegranate salad, but I couldn't find pomegranate seeds so I used chopped strawberries, I substituted almonds and pepitas for pistachios, and I used totally different spice ratios. MyFitnessPal calculated it as about 250 calories per serving. If you're interested in the recipe, I would be happy to share! I’m human! And every now and then I eat not so good for me foods and to much of them! I am by far not perfect, and that’s why I feel like sharing this with you guys. The photo on the left was after finishing the 80 day obsession, and the photo on the right was today before starting my new program 21 day fix extreme! The week gap I had between the two programs I let up the reins a little and ate some things I don’t normally eat, and guess what my body is showing me that! I even workouted out everyday in between programs! Do I regret it? No way! Because I allowed myself to take it easy for a few days! Im confident enough now that I know I have the knowledge and will power to get back where I was in a few weeks time! This just goes to show you the huge role that the food we put in our bodies play! It could be the one thing stopping you from seeing those results! But I’m going to dial in on my nutrition for the next 21 days and get a better after photo then this!
