🌿Meat Free Monday🌿 Moroccan rice salad, another new recipe from the Juicy Body Transformation recipe book - another winner! 🌿 The recipe is actually a quinoa salad but I subbed in brown rice to suit our family tastes. It has loads of flavour, plus texture with the slivered almonds and chickpeas, and pops of sweetness with the pomegranate seeds. Turned out nicely, but not really like the ones I enjoyed so much during the time I spent there. Pancakes made out of coconut and rice flour, pinch of salt, cardamom. The 21 Day BLAST plan got underway on Saturday. People world-wide are doing 4 online workouts per week and following the BLAST eating plan designed for gut health and empty fat cells. This determined woman did the BLAST plan last year and has continued to follow the principles and do short sharp online workouts every week. Obviously there’s the obvious cake and gin thrown in at weekends but she knuckles down during the week. She lost 7 lbs and 7.5 inches in 21 days (that’s the pic on the left). TASTE THE RAINBOW 🌈🌈🌈 this dinner pretty much consisted of leftovers in the fridge. Oven roasted pumpkin mixed in with fresh rocket, pickled red cabbage, tomato medley with sunflower seeds & crispy roasted carrots with homemade tahini. Squeeze lemon, pinch of salt and Luigi's your uncle (I don't have an uncle Bob)! Bit of MINDFUL eating goes a long way. Put effort into your food and really appreciate what all the amazing flavours each ingrediant has to offer. My mood is instantly better after I eat well, and going to bed in a good mood is always a win ☺😍 Out of curiosity does anyone ever try making or get inspired by these meals? Unexciting photo but this soup is delicious! I often feel like the #tuppawear queen! But the key to me actually sticking to this is #prep. Most of this was made last night (bar the coffee and water). Usual #breakfast of the breakfast shake as I can do it all at the night and just throw ice in. A tub of 0% #Greek #yogurt, and I batch made #courgette #bolognese. Happy Monday! I know it’s usually not happy for most people including me 🙈. But I hope I can bring some encouragement your way 😌. . Today I’m 3 days away from my 25th Birthday 🎉🙌🏾. Also I will be having my EP recording and listening party this week with family and friends which I am both excited and nervous about. Note: I was going to make a public invitation but I realised that the space was limited in the venue to do so. #prayforme #prayfortheteam .
