Happy Friday, ladies!
With a new diet and/or exercise routine it is SO easy to put yourself & your body under stress.
I truly believe hormones have everything to do with losing weight.
I did BBG for almost 6 months before I started losing ANY weight. ( I’ll share those pictures another day)!Before that I was taking orange theory classes and nothing was working. Personally if my heart rate is too high and I’m pushing myself to the point that I’m sore for days it just does not work; My cortisol levels were off the charts and I experienced just about all the symptoms above.
For that reason I walk a lot and really just concentrate on form during BBG, not how many rounds I can get through. Be kind to your body and kick @fitnesscarli meal plans 🍑. The rest will follow!
Since my wedding is in 8 weeks I FINALLY decided to stop watching and buy the @fitnesscarli meal plan!
I honestly probably don’t have a ton of weight to lose. But I want to look confident & strong in all my pictures this summer + cut down the inflammation/bloat in my body.
The food is delicious and there are so many options!
Tonight I had a huge salad with a BBQ chicken pizza.
Also, how have I never heard of @stubbsbbqsauce before?! I am so excited to add this meal plan with the @kayla_itsines BBG I’ve been doing the last year and a half. 😳😬 I clearly love following a plan 🤪😆😏
