WEEK 3 #diamondstoOAPU PROGRESSION: the #ONEARMPOSTEDPUSHUP (prepares for next week’s Archer push up)
I used a foam roller but experiment with different height posts💪🏽💪🏽
💥Place one hand just outside shoulder width. Off arm is slightly bent and resting on your post.
💥Lower body to one side keeping weight on that side and elbows and core tight.
💥Push with active hand against the ground to return to start position. Use off hand only for balance and a little push
💥Repeat on other side!!
