I'm Back on my Strength Training Regimen. One of my long term goals is to be able to successfully press 405lbs . My separated shoulder was a major setback when it comes to my Strength goals. Most I ever achieved was 385lbs at 17 years old. πŸ’₯ . . It's a miracle that I can even touch this kind of weight , despite my injury . There's a lot of risk involved the heavier the bar gets. However I truly believe that you can accomplish anything if you believe πŸ™
