A GIANT blueberry || raspberry || banana || almond milk smoothie to start the day. My glasses are too small so I had to take my fiancé’s teacup πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Today I made a salad with green lentils, pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes and avocados. Ate it with roasted sweet potatoes and some honey mustard dressing.

My friend was so happy when she could finally buy her egg waffle when we went to China last November. I tried a tiny piece but it literally (surprise!!) just taste like egg 😷 I still appreciate the artwork of it though πŸ™ŒπŸ½

I put everything I can get a hold of in my green smoothie. Veggies going bad (this time some left-over salad). However, I always balance it up with adding banana, mango or other exotic fruits. I’ve tried the super healthy ones but it is not for me 😷 food should be enjoyable and tasty! πŸ₯¦

If you are on a budget (or like me stressed because exam weeks😩) this is a very simple, easy and cheap curry. Frozen veggies fried with chili, tofu and garlic. Add coconut milk, let simmer for 5-10 min. Doneeeeee πŸ„πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Strawberry // goat cheese // spinach // walnut salad I had for lunch last summer. I can’t wait for the berry season to start in Europe again. Right now the selection is very limited, tasteless and soooo expensive πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜©
