🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏 #Repost @shakespearestrength with @get_repost ・・・ I’ve almost finished a full write up for the @strengthsocietyadelaide team at GPC Sydney Cup at @warriorperform but I want to post this in the meantime and call out this Judas motherfucker for red lighting his own team. @heaps.mysterio But seriously, @heaps.mysterio @laurenkelliegreen @pappaspower @kittycatlifting (and others who don’t have on IG) did a fucking amazing job this weekend. Yeah, there were a lot of calls that would have been hard to swallow as a lifter or coach but that doesn’t mean any of them were bad. For all the lifting that I SAW, not one bad call was made and consistency was maintained throughout. I trained for over two years with Amanda at PTC Sydney, I’ve coached Adam for almost 4 years, I first met John over 4 years ago and I see and work on Lauren every few months when I come back to Sydney and none of them batted an eye when handing out hard to swallow calls. For this I applaud you all. For everyone a little sore about being told that they squatted high or that they had a long bench pause or that they didn’t really ramp their deadlift. Maybe just take it on board and get better. Peace out ✌🏻 As much shit as I gave Adam about giving my lifters red lights. I’m actually quite proud haha

Sully killing her last heavy squat session before #gpcsydneycup2018 🤘 #Repost @sully_lifts with @get_repost ・・・ STOKED... I mean stoked with how my last heavy squats went. I came in feeling pretty good about them, but I felt the same about deadlifts last wk. Was programmed to work up to 2x1@180kg. My 180 felt great so we decided to increase it to 2x1@187.5kg (2.5kg below my best). Video is 1st rep of 187.5.
