#JanuaryWhole30, Day 21. Are you kind of possibly a little bit over it? You're feeling good, a master in the kitchen, have great energy and are seeing fantastic #NSVs. But... Nothing sounds good for breakfast. Your lunch options are meh. If you see another zoodle, you might cry. (And we're not even going to mention eggs.)
Guess what? Food boredom at this stage of the #Whole30 is totally normal. You're not doing anything wrong, and it doesn't mean your Whole30 isn't "working." Most likely, you've been making similar combinations of foods for the majority of your meals, and after 3 weeks you're bound to get a little bored.
Do not let your boredom lead you to eat non-compliant food. You are not going down like that. You committed to 30 days, and that commitment is still as significant on Day 21 as it was on Day 1. Stay with us.
