Whole30 : Day 16 dinner Grass fed organic meatballs with quick tomato sauce (onion, garlic, oregano, basil, sliced olives and seasoning) on top of two mashed potato β€˜cakes’ just leftover mashed potato formed into two patties and fried in ghee. Whole30 : Day 14 lunch Roasted parsnip and carrot soup (onions cooked in olive oil, parsnips and carrots roasted with garam masala and cumin seeds, beef stock (Waitrose), can of coconut milk, seasoning) with some toasted sesame oil on top and smoked salmon on the side.
