We're all about having less dishes to clean up. Lately we've been seering our meat in avocado oil until browned on one side in our cast iron pan, flipping the meat over and placing a veggies next to the meat and throwing it all in the oven to roast! They finish cooking together and it makes cleanup much easier. The fresh green beans were tossed in avocado oil and minced garlic. Usually plan on cooking at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken thighs reach and internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit. Enjoy!

Avo Cups with Chicken Salad Love this simple meal idea, plus the avocado skin doubles as a cup....bonus! Amazing flavors and fats for the win! Ingredients: ·1 cup chicken, chopped ·4-5 tablespoons Whole Mayo (recipe found on our website) ·1 stalk of celery, diced (including leaves) ·1/4 of a granny smith apple, diced ·red grapes, halved & quartered ·dash of ginger, to taste ·salt & pepper to taste Directions: 1.
