Not the prettiest but one of the yummiest. Shaved brussels cooked in bacon grease with a little @franksredhot topped with some 🥓 and homemade ranch 😍 and yes in case you were wondering this is an ENTIRE bag of TJs shredded brussels because I haven’t had brussels in FOREVER (3 days 🙈)
R2D18M3 spaghetti swuash 🍝 with pizza sauce because it’s what I had 🤷🏽♀️ and chicken sausage. Plus a #whole30basic mock tail (see @justjessieb for details) shoutout to @jennaswholejourney for recommending this cute little oil diffuser. I’m already obsessed 😅 ps you can totally freeze spaghetti squash I cooked this one up over a week ago!

This is what lunch looks like when you have the most stressful Tuesday/Thursday schedule 🙃 I literally had to eat this in parts in between classes and in the car (yes I may have run across campus eating a boiled egg 🙈)
