It’s a Made Whole kind of night! I’ve got the prosciutto wrapped chicken tenders, and some @veggiesmadeeasy power blend with the cheesy yellow sauce on top!
I’m trying to incorporate more whole30 friendly meals into my diet because those make me feel best. Lunch is some buffalo chicken dip from @realfoodwithdana stuffed into jicama tortillas! I used @primalkitchenfoods mayo and ranch and added some @pedersonsfarms 🥓
Last nights dinner 😍😍 ribeye 🥩 and bacon 🥓 Brussels. So. Good.
This has been my breakfast the past few days. While this yogurt has higher sugar then I’d normally prefer it is so worth it. So thick and yummy and leaves me satisfied for hours. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Lingonberry but this is a close second!
This breakfast bowl is so dang good🙌 breakfast potato 🥔, scrambled 🍳, some 🥑, some dairy free cream cheese, alllll the smoked salmon and some EBTB seasoning to top it all off! (Everything from TJs of course)
Tried my first recipe from @madewholecookbook by @thecastawaykitchen crispy thin flatbread! I used it as the base for those little pizzas. The first is 🥑 🍅 boiled 🥚 and I little bit of mozzarella. The second is pesto, 🥓, chicken and mozzarella.
Dinner last night 😍😍 egg roll in a bowl is my absolute favorite. I like using 🥦 slaw instead of cabbage and I like to add some bacon 🥓

The fuel my body has been craving. Post wisdom tooth surgery has been rough on my body, I haven’t been able to eat my normal food (I JUST WANT CHICKEN AND VEGGIES) but this is exactly what I’ve been needing a low carb, high fat meal. 🥑 🥚 feta 🧀 and some EBTB seasoning 😍

Dinner a few nights back. Wingsssss with @franksredhot (duh) some @wholesisters dump ranch (again duh) and some 🥦 another great Keto/Whole30 meal!
Lunch was both whole30 compliant and Keto. Plus super yummy. Broccoli 🥦, chicken and basil meatballs and some TJs dairy free pesto.
Made myself this yummy strawberry 🍓cream cheese smoothie. Sounds weird but tastes like a strawberry cheesecake in a cup. So yummy and Keto friendly. I snuck my daily collagen in for added protein 💪 Today marks 2 weeks on Keto with no cheats!

Sometimes you just don’t feel like cutting up an avocado 🥑 and making it all pretty. 🤷🏽♀️ I’ve been strict Keto no cheats for almost a week which is rare so yay for that! Lunch here is my FAVORITE veggie blend from @veggiesmadeeasy with a sausage (recommended by @cassidyeats ) and a whole avocado 🥑 🤤
