This has been my breakfast the past few days. While this yogurt has higher sugar then I’d normally prefer it is so worth it. So thick and yummy and leaves me satisfied for hours. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Lingonberry but this is a close second!

This breakfast bowl is so dang goodπŸ™Œ breakfast potato πŸ₯”, scrambled 🍳, some πŸ₯‘, some dairy free cream cheese, alllll the smoked salmon and some EBTB seasoning to top it all off! (Everything from TJs of course)

Tried my first recipe from @madewholecookbook by @thecastawaykitchen crispy thin flatbread! I used it as the base for those little pizzas. The first is πŸ₯‘ πŸ… boiled πŸ₯š and I little bit of mozzarella. The second is pesto, πŸ₯“, chicken and mozzarella.

Dinner last night 😍😍 egg roll in a bowl is my absolute favorite. I like using πŸ₯¦ slaw instead of cabbage and I like to add some bacon πŸ₯“

Hey friends πŸ‘‹ long time no post. I’ve been busy with the whole big girl job thing. Anywayyyys here’s this week’s meal prep. I was clearing out my freezer for my move and found some @tribalifoods umami burgers #score I paired them with bacon Brussels and ranch!

The fuel my body has been craving. Post wisdom tooth surgery has been rough on my body, I haven’t been able to eat my normal food (I JUST WANT CHICKEN AND VEGGIES) but this is exactly what I’ve been needing a low carb, high fat meal. πŸ₯‘ πŸ₯š feta πŸ§€ and some EBTB seasoning 😍

Lunch was both whole30 compliant and Keto. Plus super yummy. Broccoli πŸ₯¦, chicken and basil meatballs and some TJs dairy free pesto.

Made myself this yummy strawberry πŸ“cream cheese smoothie. Sounds weird but tastes like a strawberry cheesecake in a cup. So yummy and Keto friendly. I snuck my daily collagen in for added protein πŸ’ͺ Today marks 2 weeks on Keto with no cheats!

Sometimes you just don’t feel like cutting up an avocado πŸ₯‘ and making it all pretty. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I’ve been strict Keto no cheats for almost a week which is rare so yay for that! Lunch here is my FAVORITE veggie blend from @veggiesmadeeasy with a sausage (recommended by @cassidyeats ) and a whole avocado πŸ₯‘ 🀀

Last week’s meal prep 🀀 broccoli πŸ₯¦ slaw, shredded buffalo chicken and some ranch on top. This is both low carb and whole30 compliant!

Lunch is this yummy Greek salad πŸ₯— I made with: kalamata olives, grape tomato πŸ…, πŸ₯’, butter lettuce, some garlic lemon πŸ‹ chicken, and the TJs Greek style feta dressing. Everything is from @traderjoes

First time trying smoked salmon and I love it! I threw some on top of a TJs crispbread with some avocado πŸ₯‘
