We use silken tofu with gentle care to cut and deep fry to serve.

Chef Hyun visited Concord PS Kindergarten class for a sushi demonstration this week. Displayed was a Tasmanian Salmon, Trevalley and Baby Octopus. We showed the class how to make sushi rolls and even how to fillet a huge 6kg+ salmon.
