This was one of the hardest workouts for us this morning...My girlfriend @ is on this keto thing, that is killing her energy level amongst other things, so we are going to change some things up, to get her physical drive and her mental focus back...In my book, keto is cool, it’s just not meant for us.

Today was booty day with @ . I have been on a keto diet and at week 4, I can tell you that my energy is extremely low, my strength has gotten weak, my motivation is gone (if it weren’t for Zo, I would miss my workouts as he continues to push me), KETO IS NOT FOR ME!!!!! I can feel the toll this diet has taken on my body....sooooo, back to high protein, good carbs at the right times and still limit the sugar!
