I’ve been MIA but still very much on track. Yesterday was my day 31 of round 4 and day 1 of round 5. So happy to have finally completed my fourth round after three failed attempts towards the end of last year. Down 5.5kg and just feeling much better. I’ve noticed a huge decrease in appetite that may be due to being super busy too.
