I have to admit lately I’ve been driving the struggle bus. My amazing 3 month bootcamp recently wrapped up and I was exhausted.
Trying to balance my job, personal live and my health and fitness coaching was ROUGH. I walked away from the one thing I shouldn’t have last week. Myself.
I stopped my personal development and really thought about maybe stepping away from coaching until I realized this is what I do for myself and more importantly for others.
Anyways I’m feeling better about myself and this stressful life (omg I have so many amazing announcements coming soon 🤞). I realized one thing. No matter how crazy this life gets I need to keep pushing forward. Seriously I wish we would share but there’s some pretty big things coming these next few months.
So to stay strong I am ATTACKING all my fears. Starting with pull ups today lol. Stay tuned, I hope you stick with me 😘❤️😍
