When you eat right for 3 days and feel like a fitness model 😂🙌🏻💃🏼👱🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️👙 Not sure who else experiences it... but I have a ‘bad friend’ that lives in my head... let’s call her Beryl. And when I eat right and exercise for like...2 days straight... Beryl tries to convince me “damn girl, you’ve eaten salad and worked out twice this week already, you’ve probs lost atleast 4kg, treat yourself” 😂😂 So I blame Beryl for all the times I’ve undone the hard work 🖕🏻 Trying to power through day 3, I’m ignoring Beryl but gosh I’m tired. I did not realise just how much stuff has sugar in it and just how much I probably ate in hidden sugar.
Anyways, the eating is going well and I know my feelings are normal and that most experience the same. Can’t wait til Tiger Blood stage 🦁💪🏻 because right now, I could sleep for 5 days straight.
