Whole 30 tacos with cassava flour tortillas. (Siete). Organic ground beef with cumin, garlic and chili powder. Grilled onion, mushrooms, peppers in EVOO, garlic, lemon. Fresh pico de gallo with garden tomatoes, jicama, avocado, cilantro, lemon. Avocado mayo dressing with chili powder, paprika, lemon. Tacos are a favorite for my family. We rotate every other Thursday with spaghetti made from zoodles.
